Your frontline staff rehearse high-stakes conversations out loud, on their phones, against AI characters that interrupt, push back and react to how they're spoken to. We build the modules. You see who's ready.
I've told you three times, I'm expected. Just let me through.
I understand. I can't let anyone in without a pass, but I can call up to—
InterruptsCall who? Nobody's answering. This is ridiculous.
Every module is played by an AI agent built for its sector: a character with a backstory, a temper and things that set them off. Your team practises on them before they meet the real thing.

All agents are AI characters. Names, faces and voices are fictional.
Frontline teams are trained on slides, videos and quizzes, then sent to handle an angry tenant or a visitor who won't take no for an answer. The first time they rehearse the conversation is the time it counts.
Carers, officers and site staff work shifts on their feet. Pulling them into a room for roleplay is expensive and rarely happens.
A supervisor playing an angry visitor doesn't shout, cut in or walk off. Real people do.
A completed e-learning module tells you someone clicked through. It doesn't tell you how they'll sound on a bad night.
Standard Front is a done-for-you service. We write the modules around your sites and procedures, your staff practise, and you get the results.
Send us your procedures, policies and the incidents your teams actually face. We turn them into voice modules.
Staff open a link and start talking. The character listens, interrupts, gets angrier or calms down depending on what they say and how.
Every session is checked against your procedure, and staff get feedback that quotes their own words. You see readiness by person, team and site.
Every programme opens with conflict de-escalation, then extends to the situations specific to your contracts. These are examples from the library.
A contractor without a pass insists he's expected. He gets louder when you hold the line.
A tenant blames your team for a leak that's been reported twice and cuts across every answer you give.
Stop a suspected shoplifter without accusing, touching or escalating, while a crowd starts to watch.
A resident's granddaughter has found out her nan missed a dose. She wants names, and she wants them now.
A motorist comes back as you issue a PCN. He says he was gone two minutes and starts filming you.
Explain an incident to the client or site manager, who wants to know why it wasn't prevented.
Most roleplay tools wait for you to finish, then reply. Ours run the conversation continuously, the way a real person does. That's what makes the practice transfer to the job.
If you ramble or read out policy, they cut in, just like the real thing.
Acknowledge them and they ease off. Sound defensive or dismissive and they escalate.
They'll stop talking and wait, so your staff learn to fill the gap with the right thing.
Promise something you can't deliver and they bring it back two minutes later.
Example debrief. The criteria come from your own procedures.
For organisations whose staff deal with the public face to face, on their feet and away from a desk, when things are going wrong.

Every session captures a real employee's words. Before you roll it out, your data protection lead, your staff and sometimes your union will ask where that goes. Here are the answers, before anyone has to ask.
| What we hold | Why | How long | Who can see it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session audio | To transcribe the conversation | Never stored. It's processed live by us and our voice providers | No one |
| Transcripts and results | Debriefs for the learner, readiness reporting for you | Your contract, then deleted within 90 days of it ending | Transcripts: only the learner. Results: the learner and their managers |
| Learner details | Name, email or mobile, team and site, to run accounts and reports | Your contract, or until you remove the learner | Your admins |
| Your documents | Procedures and incident examples, to build your modules | Personal details flagged and kept out of your modules; your contract, then deleted within 90 days of it ending | Our module team |
| What we never collect | Voiceprints, location, phone contacts, or anything outside a practice session. | ||
We never build a voiceprint or use anyone's voice to identify them. Audio is processed live to transcribe what was said, and never stored.
Our AI model provider doesn't train on your data, and we've opted out of training with our voice providers.
Sessions are for learning. Staff see their own results, and our terms don't allow individual practice results to be used for disciplinary decisions.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Admin access needs multi-factor sign-in, is limited by role and is logged.
Your data is stored in London. It's processed in the US by named subprocessors, listed in our subprocessor list and covered by UK transfer safeguards.
You're the data controller and we're your processor, under a data processing agreement. Export or delete any learner's data on request.
Voice practice at work counts as employee monitoring under ICO guidance, so most organisations will need a DPIA. We give you one already drafted for this use.

Book a demoA phone with a microphone and a signal. They open a link and start talking. There's no app to install, and sessions work in a quiet corner, a vehicle or a break room.
We build your first modules from the documents you already have, such as procedures, policies and incident reports. Most teams are practising within the first couple of weeks.
No. Standard Front is a done-for-you service. We write, test and tune every module, and update them as your contracts and procedures change.
Against clear criteria, taken from your own procedure where you have one, such as acknowledging the person, offering a route forward and keeping to policy. The debrief shows staff what they met and missed, with the exact moment in the transcript. Managers see the results, never the transcript.
Audio is never stored: it's processed live to make the transcript. Transcripts are kept for your contract so staff can see their progress, and only the learner can read them. The full breakdown is in Data & security.
Yes. Before their first session, staff are told they're talking to an AI character and that the conversation is recorded as text for feedback, with a reminder every time after. We also give you a privacy notice to send staff before rollout.
No. It adds the practice your current training is missing. Keep your induction and compliance courses; use Standard Front for the conversations those courses only describe.
